Waters Corporation RapiFluor-MS Dextran Calibration Ladder, 2 to 30 GU
The RapiFluor-MS Dextran Calibration Ladder was developed to fully utilize the BEH glycan column for glycan profiling. It enables calibration of glycan profiles from UPLC-HILIC/FLR systems, assigning glucose unit (GU) values. This calibration ladder provides good peak shape and reliable identification from 2 to 30 Glucose Units, extending the range of other dextran ladder standards and improving large glycan retention time assignment.
- Calibration range of 2 to 30 glucose units (GU).
- Packaged as 50 μg of lyophilized solid.
- Synthesized via ethanolamine reductive amination and rapid labeling with RapiFluor-MS.
- Long-term storage at -20 °C prior to solubilization.
- Solubilized product can be aliquoted and frozen at -80 °C for up to 3 months, or stored at -4 °C to -10 °C for up to one week.
